There are 2 possible reasons for this :
1. You didn't purchase registered services, by default I send orders as untracked.
2. You purchased registered services but the country you're in doesn't support tracking.
It's annoying, I know... I've tried to ask the post office for a list of countries that do track but they gave me a bitchy reply that basically said 'No'

"Why is your merchandise so expensive? Is your merchandise made of gold"
^ This is a real thing that was said to be btw I'm not being hyperbolic or anything
I live in a country with one of the highest cost of living in the WORLD, I don't want to charge high prices but I have to. If you want my merch at a lower price you can find me at local conventions instead.

Sometimes twitter doesn't notify me about new DMs and I don't really check my spam emails unless I'm in the process of applying for an event.

"How often does your shop open? and will (merch) be restocked?"
For a few months out of the year, I'm preparing merchandise to vend at conventions with, online shop openings typically aren't open during these times. Your best bet is August-Sept and December-Feb but this may vary depending on what conventions I sign up and get accepted for.
As for restocks, you probably should wait for the end-of-year pre-order period as everything that I'm still selling will be available for preorder, the only downside is that you have to wait longer as compared to con-leftover sales.
